How big it is - a complete corporate identity or a refresh of your current website - what your broad plans are and when it's needed. When we've given you a general overview of what we can do for you, we'll proceed to the next step and get you to send us a written brief.

We need to know as much as possible about the style, tone and message you want to convey to your target audience. Don't worry, if you're not sure where to start, we'll provide you with a structured set of questions to help you tell us exactly what it is you're looking for.

After we've received your brief, we'll send you a written estimate for the work, covering cost, our objectives, and any other practical information, like terms of business and legal stuff.

Ideally at this point you'll say, "That sounds perfect, when can you start?"

Dull, we know - but like you, we don't want any surprises later on. To proceed, just drop us an email and we'll get cracking.

It's research time and we need to put our thinking caps on.

It's your world, your brand, your area of expertise, so help us get to know it.

Please provide us with all relevant content (style guides, fonts, colour schemes, written texts, logos and other images) that will be useful for us to work with. The more source material we have, the sooner we'll get straight to the style and message you're looking for.

We Create and Send You the First Designs

Behind the scenes, we will come up with a large collection of ideas, then whittle them down to some proposed sketches and mock-ups that best fit the brief. We'll send you a shortlist, presenting you with the strongest options.

Design is a collaborative process. We need to know your thoughts.

You'll need to set aside time to take a look through our design proposals, collect all the feedback from your side, and send it to us through the contact person from your company. We'll be working closely with them from here on out.

Our service includes receiving two rounds of feedback from you, and we rely on you here for us to get it right. We'll ask you to look at everything with a magnifying glass, checking spelling, content, colours and layout thoroughly.

Don't assume anything and try to be as careful and specific as you can. The last thing we want is a typo in your contact details. It's rare, but it can happen.

Believe us when we say this will be the most important stage for you. And it could well be tricky. Feedback is not always easy to express clearly, and ideas can occur to you at random times. Please try to send us all feedback at the same time and in writing.

Delivery

Delivery

The moment we've all been waiting for. You'll receive the final design, the bright and shiny new look, hot off the press.

You're happy, we're happy, and we all go home and have a nice weekend.

We can provide digital delivery, arrange for you to collect the work personally, or recommend a good courier.

Signing Off

Signing Off

All the hard work's been done. You'll receive an invoice, based on the quote plus any unexpected changes or additions that came up on the way, and ideally you'll say, "Perfect, here's cash". We'd also love your feedback. What aspects were you happy with and what suggestions do you have for us.

And that's it.
